Yes. We provide packages for up to 300 guests, including tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, cake stands, drink dispensers, marquee letters, champagne/treat walls, and backyard tents.

A deposit is required to hold your items. No reservation is confirmed until the deposit is paid. Full payment is due before delivery or pickup.

• Standard rentals: One calendar day
• Weekend chafing dish rentals: 24 hours
• Weekday chafing dish rentals: 2 days

Extended rentals can be arranged with additional fees.

Yes. Delivery fees vary based on distance, location access, and timing. After-hours delivery is availablefor an additional fee. Will-call pickup is allowed for smaller items.

We professionally install all tents, pipe & drape, and backdrop rentals. Standard tables and chairs are delivered stacked/folded; setup service can be added for an additional labor charge.

Chafing dishes, drink dispensers, and serviceware must be returned emptied and wiped down. Heavy cleaning or food residue may result in extra fees. Linens and pipe drape do not need to be laundered by clients; simply shake out debris and air dry if damp before bagging.

Clients are responsible for all rental items from delivery/pickup until return. Charges for repair or
replacement will apply for missing or damaged equipment.

We focus on backyard-sized tents (10×10, 10×20, 20×20, 20×30). Large commercial tents are not
available. All tents are professionally installed and removed by our crew.

Order adjustments can be made up to 5 business days prior to delivery. Reductions after that may not lower your balance. Deposits are non-refundable. Reschedules are considered based on availability.

Yes, we can provide COIs (Certificates of Insurance) for venues with advance notice.

Weather reschedules for backyard tents and outdoor rentals are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately if weather concerns arise

Yes, there is a minimum order requirement for delivery. The exact amount varies by distance anddelivery date, and will be confirmed with your quote.

Our marquee letters require a standard 120V grounded outlet within 25–50 feet. Avoid daisy-chaining with high-draw devices.

Backyard tents usually do not require permits, but clients are responsible for checking with their HOA or city for any requirements. We can advise on typical needs.

The area must be clear, level, and dry with path access. Grass should be cut before installation, and sprinklers or underground utilities should be marked.

Yes, we offer a complimentary 10–15 minute consultation. Additional design and layout services are available as an add-on.
